Elevator trim problem in Stabilisation (Scale) mode

Hi,
I've recently set up a new model with a Spirit Pro on V4.0.0, and have encountered an issue with Stabilisation (Scale) mode. In Normal Mode the model flies as expected and tracks well, but when Stabi (Scale) mode is activated, the model adopts a tail-down attitude of several degrees. Spirit unit is mounted exactly level, and Rescue mode works perfectly, with no tail-down tendency. Why would this be happening? I would expect that sort of behavior if the Spirit was not mounted level, but Rescue Mode should also be affected in the same way. Any ideas on what might be wrong?
