Firmware Update 1.2.0 went wrong NO RED LIGHT

I tried to update unit's firmware to 1.2.0 and something went wrong. i received an error message and now there is no red light, no sound from esc. i'm using an OS X version of software.
Is there anyway to flash the unit or it has to be send for service?

Oh yes, with OSX it is very important to install correct driver (linked version from the manual is verified) as some versions are unstable.
Can you tell me what OSX version do you have?
It is possible to fix the problem immediately. I will send you the guide for this.

If it is not a super 'top secret' and dangerous procedure could you please share it with all of us (Mac people)
