GeoLink v2 not logging flights

I have GTR ver. 4.0.2 and GeoLink ver. 1.4.1 with logging enabled in the geolink software but logs are being created. Have this setup on 3 helicopters and none are creating logs. I've tried hitting the clear log button and flying still no log created. In the radio the S GPS Lon and the S GPS Lat are set to yes in logging. It also showing its getting 16 satellites.
