Spirit System

I have a question that’s really important to me.
Yesterday, I went to the flying field with my helicopters, one with Spirit GT and one with Spirit 3. Everything’s fine with the Spirit 3 so far. The basic setup went well, and all functions are working.
With the GT, I wanted to make a few more adjustments. So I tried changing some parameters using the Jeti Integration. I pressed “Save,” and a message appeared saying it had been saved successfully.
On the next flight, the helicopter crashed due to an incorrect assignment. The helicopter is a total loss.
Then I also tried adjusting values on the Spirit 3 using Jeti Integration and found that, despite saving, the values weren’t applied, and in some cases, correct values were already being overwritten.
I’m wondering how this could happen.

Will the Jeti Integration be improved soon, or do I need to switch to the Wave system?

we are very sorry for this.
The problem of incorrect values could happen if JETI integration file does not correspond to Spirit firmware. This problem often happens if user will "update" BIN files in his radio using JETI Studio, but JETI Studio is carrying old BIN files actually. So it is very important to update it manually from Spirit web page.
There is no need to change your radio, it is working reliably for over 10 years with Spirit + JETI integration, but it is only important to take care of BIN file. This issue is more complicated, because manual updating is not too user friendly and it is often happening that file ends up in a wrong directly and old BIN file is still used. Unfortunately this how it works with JETI transmitters.

But I double-checked, and the firmware in the Spirit systems is up to date; the menu shows the bin file as 4.0.4.
I tested it “offline” on both Spirit systems, and it’s not saving correctly
I do have a Scale Heli flying with axon and I was thinking about changing the FBL to spirit as well.
I’m thinking about what’s best to do.

The issue is not Spirit firmware, but JETI integration BIN file. This is updated in your radio SD Card. The version you can see in the menu is from Firmware, not integration file version.

How can I be 100% sure that the .bin file is correct?
I copied it manually using the file browser (including the directory).
