Minor bug: deletion of old log files

I tried to delete log files on a Spirit Unit V4.0.4 using the Spirit Setting programme on my PC (version 4.0.5). It didn’t work. It was only after updating the Spirit Unit to 4.0.5 that I was able to delete the files. I would have expected at least a warning.
