Programmable Servos and Spirit System Flybarless

Hello,
I’d like to adjust the neutral position of my servos using a programming tool before installing them. I have three questions about this:
1. Does this adjustment affect how the Spirit System Flybarless operates?
2. Does this adjustment affect the pulse and frequency settings (currently set to 1520 us, 333 Hz)?
3. Is there anything else I need to keep in mind?
