Spirit System

Hi

I've set my Mini Titan Flybar up with the Spirit unit and 2 x Spektrum Sat Rx and Taranis radio.

Maiden her today after I took the old gyro off.

Pls. See the settings on Bank 0......normal mode.

Take off was okey, but the tail keep on wagging. The tail gain is (I can set it on the radio) between 50 to (60 ) to 70.

The gain changes made no difference.

The Helli was okey during flights, but also drifted to the right a bit ?

Can you maybe help with this ? The tail also needed left input ?

Can one use subtrim on the radio to trim the Helli during flying with the Spirit ?

Also, what other reasons can there be for the tail wagging (it was more wag than Ossillation), .... something that was'nt

there with the old gyro ? The servos are all analog....the tail servo is a Hitec HS 81.....should i change that to digital ?

Any advice and setup tips would be appreciated.

How accurate did you level the swash in the subtrim setup? in looking at your download file there is no subtrim, did you skip this step?

Is the tail slider/mechanics smooth?

Your rudder end-point that is over 200 indicates incorrect mechanics. Move the ball in your servo arm and get closer to 100 left and 100 right (130ish is okay, but over 200 is not)

Also your pitch range is maxed out at 255... how many degrees did you set that for?
