Throttle cut for a gas engine

Tomas,
I have mechanically matched my throttle servo output, tx endpoints, subtrim and throttle range on the diagnostic page. 0% would represent a fully closed throttle and the engine won't run at this setting. I'll need roughly 10% throttle to idle the engine. How should this be set?
I see one option is: to reset 0% throttle so the engine is at idle at 0% and full speed at 100% and then use a mix to cut the throttle (which would then show as -10% on the diagnostic tab). Is that the right way to set it up?
Is there another way?
Thanks,
Scott
