Align governor sensor polarity

I wanted to make sure I understood the forums I have seen on this topic.
The align governor sensors:
Black wire needs to receive positive voltage
and
Red wire needs to receive negative voltage
There backwards.

The white wire is signal?
And it runs best on around 3.3 volts?

Thanks
Larry

Yes, you are right.

Black wire is +, red wire is -.
You can connect it to the unit directly so that the red wire will be in the center and black on the side.

If you can check the manual, there is described polarity of the connector.
