The Windows installer defaults to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Spirit Setings", I think a typo in "Setings", must be double t like Settings.
Makes it a bit fuzzy when you look for your saved files on HDD.

The comparison button, to compare banks, doesn't show the Governor Holding Performance parameter.
