Spirit System

Hi just received my pro version and want to go to wizard install but the pro won't let me until I've checked for updates the problem is its at 1.3 now wich is the current version
Any way on my windows vista it recognises the spirit pro and the update but when I go to flash the update nothing happens it just sits there and after 30 seconds it says current version not responding

What next ime at a loss

you have to download and install software (version 1.3.1), you should also download the latest firmware.
When you are installing the software, make sure to install also driver for the USB interface.

Then you normally start the software (you should see message that the versions are different). Then you have to go to the update tab, select the firmware file and click the Flash button.
You should immediately see the progress.
