Main Loop Hang Occured error

I started to get this error in my logs. Manual says it may be BEC but I run a 2nd. battery for the raido system so that is not the issue.

It has been flying great (still is even when I get the error) and nothing has been changed for at least 30 flights. No crashes or anything changed for a good bit of time, and I do not notice any glitches during the flight.

Any suggestions on what I should go looking for?

Running gov. in the Spirit. No BEC with the Castle 160 so I run a 2nd LiPo for the RX and Spirit power.

I have the speed controller in External Gov. mode, all soft start and such is done through the Spirit also.
