Yes I have looked at this, but I am not sure of how it will operate, and which one I should use, this is what I cannot get my head around...
I am wondering why Gov is chosen and say I am flying along in F-mode 1 and activate rescue, what switch would I use?? I am confused about the hold setup also, so what your saying is that the hold switch in the first example would cut the motor, but what switch activates rescue?? The second example what would be my flight mode switch, and what would be my rescue? would rescue work in any flight mode with these examples?? I hope i am making sense here....

Mou navrhované nastavení mi přijde trošku jednodušší a přímočarejší. Dovoluje mít na libovolném přepínači tři banky s libovolným ziskem a libovolnou funkcí přičemž letové módy včetně hold mohou zůstat nezměněny. Nastavený zisk gyra je vždy spřažený s dopředu definovanou bankou čímž se nemůže stát, že při aktivaci záchrany se aktivuje funkce stabilizace a naopak. Pokud někdo používá jako já funkci záchrany i funkci stabilizace. Nevýhodou zase je že zisky nejsou přiřazeny jednotlivým letovým režimúm. Ale je to jen jedna další z možných.
Mělo by to platit pro celou novou řadu spektrum, tj. ty černé.

So I take it you are running the bank setup on your radio? What is the difference? I really want to keep this simple and use my normal operation of the radio as I do now with hold being hold and the F-Mode controlling flight modes, and bind for rescue. Or is this not possible to achieve?

Yes thats how I had set mine up, but this is not whats being explained on here.
By the way this guy did it there is no adjustability for the gains except on a certain flight mode, meaning I can adjust idol 0 or idol 1 or 2 gains settings but not the other.
Or should I say I would only have rescue in a certain flight mode??

You have to decide what is better for you.
The rescue are always activated only when Gyro Gain is negative.

The rescue mode you have to set Function parameter in the software, Stabi tab.
Diagnosis is then in the channel gyro displays HF instead HL.

Ok I think I am starting to understand the basic setup here according to the DX8 settings posted by Thomas.
I do have a few questions though.
So I would use method 1 and this does not use bank switching?? Am I correct? Then the ELE/D/R switch would then be my rescue switch??
Would this affect my flight modes? and how if I went with this setup instead of bank switching.
Oh this is also my equipment I am using on my Trex 500 Pro DFC heli
Hobby wing 100a Platinum Pro ESC (am flying in Governor mode setting also)
Spectrum AR7700 reciever, W/Sat.
Since method 1 says for using a sat I am assuming this is the correct method I should use???
