HW 60A v4 + REX7 + Spirit pro wiring

I did some research but not found a complete guide about wiring, I think I should connect this way:
ESC to AUX1, ESC programming port to SAT port
RUD and AIL to EXT on REX7

I wonder if the Tele UNI cable is a simple adapter or there are chips inside? Can I make it myself? I ordered everything but missed this cable

Telem UNI is special cable, but you can make it yourself. But if done wrong, it will damage unit or the ESC. It is normal adaptor, but inside there is red wire (positive) disconnected.

It looks pretty simple to just cut off red wire and make an adapter.
