the machine flies perfectly but often there is a problem at startup, the tray does not go straight and the roll does not work.
An idea.
Thank you

I really rely on you because I can not find the fault.
I checked nothing seems abnormal, once it works another time no.

Hello,
this error is very interesting.
Do you have any other servos from other manufacturer? (just one for a simple quick test)
Or could you verify what do you see in the Diagnostic tab? Is some channel at the max position after initialization? I think the problem is there.
What is your receiver type/protocol?
I think that sometime channel is maxed so it is pushing the swashplate to one side.
Maybe you have some capacitor or power guard connected?

Maybe you have some capacitor or power guard connected? nothing special, it worked well 50 flights now there is the random problem
When I start if the board is right it flies well, I tried several flights, I turn off and on again sometimes it does not go right, I turn off and on again it's right and I can fly.
In doubt I do not fly for safety even if the board is straight.
I remember that once the helicopter was swaying on the roll just before I landed, I was not too worried thinking about my driving, since I noticed this concern.

For photos, I just turned on and off at least 15 times there was the problem once.
It's very random.
NOT OK OK

Thank you for the details!
Now it is clear the problem is somewhere between Spirit and receiver.
What protocol do you use (What Receiver type is configured)?
Is it EX Bus?
Did you updated your radio or receiver recently?

I reversed the servos 1 and 2 the result is identical with the servo 2 so it does not come from the servo.
I noticed that if I turn on the transmitter the problem tends to be more frequent than if I leave the transmitter on and I only cut the RX, you understand it's hard to explain with the translator.

Yes, the problem is not in the servo.
For me it look like radio itself is sending a wrong value.
Could you please verify Servo monitor in your radio? Is Aileron channel in the middle (0%) when problem occur? Or is it showing same problem as in Diagnostic tab of the Spirit Settings?

Ok here are the RX outputs (exit 2)
with the stick failure to neutral with the right stick fault with the stick failure left the board on the helicopter does not move when I move the stick
