Hi.
I have the Spirit with the CC Edge 120 HV on my 700 and use an OpenTX transmitter.
I use the Frsky Integration Cable and can also set the Spirit via the transmitter.
The GOV of the Spirit also works without problems and shows me the speed l in the Spirit software.
Now I've got the CC telemetry cable and that's where the problem begins.
If I plug the cable between the AUX of the Spirit and the ESC, the controller does not initialize, I plug the controller without the telemetry cable on and it works again.
When searching for sensors with the telemetry cable, it also shows me the controller's sensors (rpm, etc.) but it doesn't go any further.
The Link Live Enable is activated in the Spirit Link software and the CC Talon is selected in the Spirit software under ESC Telemetry.
Has someone already had the same problem and a solution?
Problems with the Castle Creation telemetry
Hi,
it is very important that both features are enabled in the Spirit unit (Castle telemetry) and Link-Live int he ESC.
And at the same time Telem CC cable is used.
If one of these things is not used, it will not arm the ESC.
Please make sure your Throttle Frequency is set to 60Hz. This is required for Castle telemetry.

Hi
The problem did not leave me in peace and so I was there again this afternoon. Since I still couldn't do it after trying the cable several times, I tinkered the cable myself with a resistor. Lo and behold, with my own cable it works straight away.
So unfortunately the original cable is defective.

Thank you for the message!
Can you ship the cable to us?
We are checking each one before shipping with Castle ESC to make sure it is working well. Sometimes the other connector has not perfect connection. It might be enough to insert the ESC connector more.

Hello,
yes, we have checked the cable and we can't find anything wrong unfortunately. It worked immediately with our testing model.
The only difference in the cable is very slightly increased value of resistor, which is approximately 10,1 kOhm, instead of 9,9 kOhm that is on the most other Telem CC cables.
But this is all in tolerance.
So unfortunately we have not found anything wrong, except the cable was bent significantly. At least from what we were able to find.
So the only thing we can do is to ship new.
