If I connect to Win 10 PC via USB/Data from Jeti DS12.
On the PC I get the error message "Unknown USB-Device"
I have disinstalled the driver serveral times
I have tried serveral ports
I have tried serveral cables
I have tried another PC
always the same reaction, but the DS12 works normaly
i have also started the datamanger in the sender menu it works
but I get no connection to the PC via USB
Is this problem known because of a windows update or is my USB Port on the DS12 defect
Can not connect from PC Win 10 to DS 12 USB Port
Please try to use other USB port if possible.
Or maybe there is some USB extension or adapter. It should work out of the box in the same way as any USB flash drive.
