Hi,
now I have to report almost the same issue that was reported for Win 10 and GeoLink V2.
My setup:
- Old Spirit (red)
- V 3.6.0
- GeoLink V1
- macOS sessings app V 3.6.0r2
No access to GeoLink, the information tab is visible, but the other tabs are greyed out:
After downgrading to Spirit 3.5.0, access to GeoLink was given again and I could update it to V1 1.4.0.
Back to Spirit V 3.6.0, I could not access the GeoLink again.
Regards,
Alexander
[SOLVED] V 3.6.0r2 macOS ; unable to connect to geolink
Hello,
can you share what is your Mac, what OSX version is installed?
Do you have Wifi-Link by chance for trying connection wirelessly?

Hi,
I tested on
- Macbook (2015) with an Intel Core i5 with macOS Monterey 12.7.1
- iMac (2020) with with an Intel Core i5 with macOS Ventura 13.6.1, then upgraded to Sonoma 14.1.2
I always used a WiFi-Link as I have WiFi-Link on most of my setups!
What I also noticed is that the connection via WiFi is very unstable and settings-SW was crashing often, especially when opening the GeoLink window.
After your post I tried to connect via USB and that way it is working on both Macs and no more connection losses or app crashes.
Looks like it is WiFi related...

Alexander
