What setting do I need to adjust and which way?
I'm using the Spirit esc control system (not a the omp hobby esc control)

Did you tune the tail using the tuning guide?

Set the servo bracket at 90° and after go hovering in normal mode (no avcs) and lengthen or shorten the tail tie rod until without pressing the tail stick thr noise helicopter remains still.
After check the limits again.
The tail spirit he has the best tail in the world!!!
After try to disable governor spirit and tell me if the problem goes away.

Thanks guys.
I'm new to this system and still very much in the dark.
"after go hovering in normal mode (no avcs)"
For instance what is AVCS? (Found it AVCS (Angular Vector Control System ))
Is that zero Gyro?
Gyro zero = Rate mode = Normal mode ?
Gyro 50 - 100 heading hold?
Use Rate mode to set the tail before takeoff?
I've done the 3 degrees that I used to set with Microbeast systems and next I will try and disable the governor.

I do believe that is what he meant.
Use Rate Mode (Gyro set to Zero) to mechanically setup the tail so the tail stays still in a static hover.
Once you have the correct amount of tail blade pitch set to hold the tail in Rate Mode in a static hover, then set Gyro to say 55. Then adjust from there so it holds in flight and during pitch pumps.
This is how I set mine. Keep in mind I am no 3D God.
So if this is incorrect, someone Please correct me.

Exactly only that you have to put a correction in rate mode.
Usually
Head-Lock mode: 1% to 100%
Normal (Rate) or a special function: -100% to 0%
but this changes from radio to radio
parts with a value of -30 why if you use 0 the gyro gain it is non-existent (when you move clockwise or counterclockwise the tail servo must move and after in rate mode return to 90 degrees)
if you is head lock mode it doesn't return to 90 degrees
usually :
+50% head lock mode (0 is the value minimum and + 100 value maximum)
-30/-50 rate mode not use 0 why you will not have tail correction (0 is the value minimum and - 100 value maximum)
remove the blades and rotate the helicopter with your hands to see the movement of the tail servo and when everything is ok you go into hovering.
With 90 degree servo hovering in rate mode the nose (front) helicopter it must not rotate. (lengthen or shorten the tie rod )
Many people they give 3 or 4 degrees of inclination and stop.
