Hi hopefully someone is able to help, please.
I have a GT with 2 DSMX satellite receivers (SPM9645)bound to a Spektrum DX9 which has worked flawlessly however I have upgraded my transmitter to a NX10+ and no matter what I do "BIND FAILED" is all I get!!
The bind plug is inserted into the ELE/PIT/AIL port and the GT is powered by a Kontronik Jive on 6S (Nimbus 550) Sats flash but unable to bind.
Please note I have already updated 5 other helicopters with various other Spirit FBL ( original red, black & Pro) with no problems at all but cannot get the GT and sats to bind. I have also changed the satellites to a brand new SPM9745 with the same result and the frame rate in the NX10 is set to 'automatic' . When the bind fails the satellites stop flashing and the lights go out but the GT is still powered with a blue light.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Ken
BINDING SATELLITES
Hi,
the problem could be that NX10 is limited to 22ms frame rate. With this settings you have to bind Spirit unit in the same way.
This can be done by inserting 2 bind plugs - one at the SYS port and second at the ELE/PIT/AIL. Then it should be all OK.

Hi, this problem is now back again ! The Nimbus on GT with version 4.0.2 will not bind to the NX10+ or the original DX9 using DSMX sat(which it flew on for over a year) . I have tried with bind plugs in both the SYS port and second at the ELE/PIT/AIL and nothing will bind now.
Please any help would be appreciated as my Nimbus is now grounded.
Thank You
PS I did notice that somebody else has also experienced a similar problem (Mimmo80)

Hi,
can you let me know what else changed on your setup from time it worked?
And why actually you need to rebind? Does it mean it completely stopped to communicate with satellites even that they are bound?
Rebinding is never needed normally, only if changing satellites between models.
Or does it mean you performed update and from then your satellites lost binding on its own? (This mean satellites LED is OFF all the time)
In the firmware there was zero change regarding Binding. And also we checked binding with all our satellites and it works flawlessly with the latest update.
Maybe you can list all changes that happened in your setup.
