haha sorry for the bad news. I can test again?

I may put test 5 back on since that only had a weird issue so far if I turned the Tx off. Otherwise I could save changes without any issue and open logs.

What is weird is it does not happen for every save. It took 3 times when I tested it again for it to go crazy with Test number 9.

When I turn the Tx off it goes crazy every time, however, once signal is regained it is stable.

In the older test 5 once signal was regained it would twitch less than before but was not stable or connected to the Tx until I cycled the power.

Dunno if that helps at all

Thanks. Problem is, that everything seems to be OK, so it is hard to find any problem.
With test7/8 it should work without any issue as Yak said, but failsafe will not work.

Same issue.

Short fast twitches when power is off from Tx

When I saved a change it was larger very fast twitches.

Have to go get dinner quick, when I get back I will test test 5 again and see if I can get it to twitch from saving changes. I could not last time, only when power to the tx turned off. That seemed like the best solution so far since everything works perfect unless you turn off the tx while it's plugged into the computer.

I wish I could help more.

OK, one last try for today.
We will try to replicate the issue with testing pilots too.

No luck, does the same thing with both turning off the Tx and changing settings.

Tomas,

Is there any issue with flying with any of these test firmwares? I have been flying in between our tests without putting 1.0.25 back on the heli, Just want to make sure there are not any major changes that would effect flying or cause an issue with the rx/tx connection during flight.

Hello again.
I have done the following..

Flashed back to test5 to see if I could repeat the symptoms.
Power cycled heli & restarted software.
Checked the diag screen while moving the sticks.
Turned off TX,
Checked diags (failsafe's correct)
Clicked on logs.
The tail servo started glitching.

Turned on TX
Power cycled heli & restarted software.
Flashed to test11
Power cycled heli & restarted software.
Checked the diag screen while moving the sticks.
Turned off TX,
Checked diags (failsafe's correct)
Clicked on logs.
The tail servo started glitching.

[Got my phone out to record some video)
Power cycled heli & restarted software.
Checked the diag screen while moving the sticks.
Turned off TX,
Checked diags (failsafe's correct)
Clicked on logs.
The tail servo DID NOT glitch.

What I have been able to repeat..
The first time I do it... there is no issue, the second time there is.
The only difference that I can think of between the times is possibly more movement in the sticks before turning the TX off.
I have uploaded the video to youtube..

[edit]
I was reviewing the video & noticed something.
When the tail is twitching, the diag screen is reporting 118's as the value.
I'll see if I can get a screenshot.
Got it from the video..

Yak.
