Is telemetry module really necessary?

Does it happen without telemetry module too?

Yes each module seperate is working. When i bind, only the tm1100 is working as soon as i disconnect it, the satellite is working without problems.

It seems that there is some interference from each other, it would be good to test it with original Spektrum sats.
Did this setup worked previously or it is new setup?

yes, indeed

i tested it with a orangeRx100 (dsm2) and everything is working fine now. So it seems that the orangeRx110 (dsmx) are not working in combination with tm1100 and tm1000. So not a Spirit fbl problem but maybe an interesting information for all users trying to save money by using orange satellites.
