Are you sure you're not going through 0° and coming through the other side? Try going up on the numbers to see if it will get 6°
Watch the guage as you change the numbers to see what pitch range you can get. There is a note to say it doesn't matter if it's plus or minus 6° depending on blade used.

OK, followed your suggestion
1) When I move from step-7 to step-8 my pitch gauge show 11 degrees.
2) If I move it one way, it keeps going UP....
3) Move it the opposie way, it goes down
4) It reaches 8 degrees and the boix is on 64, does NOT go any further

There si no ZERO in between that I missed out on.

If however, in step-7, instead of setting ZERO, I set mid stick at 2 degrees, then, when I move to step-8 I can get easy to the required 6 degrees...

In my mind, this indicates that my pushrods for ailerone and pitch are of a wrong length... But, there is no documentation as to what should the length be for a conversion from an old 600 ESP to a DFC setup.
