I also think that the replacement should fix it

Hello,
we found that there are some recent JETI radios with new chipset.
It seems that there is something in these radios that is not perfectly compatible and require at least some update.
It seems older radios are working fine, while the latest that are same model, are not working well.
We will find more information. But there are more pilots with the same issue according message from JETI dealer.

It's possible that my Jeti Radio has the new chipset. It is new, and was purchased about 3 weeks ago.

The problem was found. JETI told us that they introduced new format for BIN files and it require update for the new chipsets.
So there will be new BIN file with added support in likely 2 days.

Hello,
please try to download and copy new BIN files:

Hello! I copied the new BIN files to the Jeti. These appear to have resolved the interface errors. See screenshots below. Receiver is recognized, firmware version is displayed correctly, no errors in the integration. I ran through the setup wizard to check everything. All seems good. Rescue by function is good, telemetry is available. Then tried to bench test the functionality of the Heli.
I found one possible problem: -
- When in the setup wizard I can set the collective and cyclic ranges as expected. On my RAW 580 I have set and measured collective 13 degrees and cyclic 12.8 degrees. All normal.
- With the Heli on the bench, in a normal flight mode (with motor off), the actual cyclic range is limited to about +/- 5 degrees for both aileron and elevator. Measured with pitch gauge.
- With the Heli on the bench, when I am in Spirit -> Limits menu (not via setup wizard), changing the cyclic limit setting has no effect. The actual cyclic range is limited to about +/- 5 degrees regardless of the cyclic range setting.
Is this normal behavior please? It seems very strange. Please let me know. Thanks!

You can't set a 12.8° cyclic. Where did you do that?
Cyclic is set to 6° fix in the menu and then limited via the cyclic ring. You have made a mistake somewhere. The spirit unit then releases as much cyclic as it needs in flight.

Maybe you activated a Stabilisation mode instead of normal flight. In a mode such as Coaxial cyclic throw is limited, which is normal.
In the Diagnostic tab you should see which mode is active.

Sorry if the way I described it causes confusion.
From the Spirit settings software: -
6 deg geometry (tuning) = 107
Collective pitch limit = 162 [13 degrees measured]
Cyclic ring tuning = 160 [12.8 degrees measured]
Stabilization: not configured (bank 0). [From diagnostic tab]
All banks identical
In the spirit settings software v3.4.1 when I activate cyclic ring tuning, I get the full range of cyclic movement. But when I then test in normal flight mode on the bench I do not get that range of motion. Only +/- 5 degrees. Will the unit really release all the cyclic range up to the +/- 12.8 degrees limit when flying please?
