I think this value is depended on how fast your rotation rate is - if you have 360°/s then the acro delay can be maximum 0,5 s to turn from inverted to normal and then the rescue will be activated -

If you give here 0,1 s you will only get your maximum rotationrate so my opinion -

Maybe Tomas can confirm that - but I'm pretty sure that's the case.
