I see from the new software that there now is a srlx2 in the receiver section. If i have the spm4651t and 2 sats do i now pick srlx2 in the menu.
Before with the spm4649t i had to pick dsmx...

SPM4649T does not support SRXL2 so everything is same here.

I want to put in a SPM4651t with 2 dsmx sats. If i choose SRLX2 for the SPM4651T, will the 2 dmsx sats still work? this is on a Spirit Pro...

No, DSM2/X satellites and SRXL2 receiver will not work together. You have to get SRXL2 receiver and SRXL2 satellite.

Thanks for this Tomas..As there are no SRXL2 sats available at the moment i will wait untill normal DSMX sats can be used...

Will these 4wire sats use an adapter to work with the sat port or use an adapter to connect to the main connector pins?

These receivers can't be used with satellite ports. There will be adapter which will be connected at the AIL/RUD port.
This adapter will be available for sale likely this week in our eshop.

Can the 4651T be compined with DSMX sat ? , as this is possible with brain2 and even the new Spektrum FBL unit
