It's a goblin 380....I thought I was running 13.5 +- for pitch and 10 for cyclic

I have a goblin 380. The manual says max pitch is +- 12.5

12.5 ----> +1
And 2550 RPM is very low for a G 380, I use this RPM for my G 570. It's not enough for keep blades "right" when a high cyclic rate is applied. Maybe consider to use 3200 RPM or close.

Ok...how about cyclic pitch?

It sounds like you were just running too much pitch. I just set my g380 up today and when I reduced cyclic ring to where it didnt bind I was at 10 cyclic at midstick and 12.5 collective pitch. This is w the kst215mg servos. The rest of my setup is setup within optimal range for the system as well.
What was your rescue pitch set at?

On my G700 I have +-13 Collective and 11.5 on Cyclic. I have done a lot of rescues at 2050 HS. I am still chicken to try it from inverted at 2150 tho.
When I did my swash ring I am no where near the max I can get out of it, not sure on the 380 but on the classic head 700 I think I can get over 15 degs. cyclic before it even starts to bind at +-13 collective.
I am hoping the next version lets us slow the flip down. I have my roll rate at 12 in the Spirit software and it still flips a lot harder so I figure it is flipping as fast as it possibly can.
