According your flight log there is only very small difference between altitude measurement at the beginning and at the end.
This mean that measurement of the GeoLink works quite well.
In your case I recommend to set fixed altitude limit value directly (at least for now) in the Spirit Settings software.
So altitude limit - harddeck will be not defined by altitude at which function was engaged but it will not matter. Harddeck altitude will be preprogrammed for same value.
But first it is VERY important to fix your helicopter and decrease vibration level at least 2 times.

can I ask what's the difference between the LIMITS - CYCLIC RING TUNING
and ADVANCED - GEOMETRY 6 TUNING ?

Limits - you are configuring Limits of the servo movement that can't be exceeded in any case.
Geometry 6° - you are configuring 6° when blades are parallel to the boom.
If you will set wrong number there then model could fly very poorly and unexpected behavior can happen. It has mainly impact on flight performance.
This is all described in manual and also in the Setup Wizard PC software.

ok i will try to fix everything.
But I want to say one thing that I have seen from the beginning.
in the software if you choose the preset of trex 500 goes out swashplate 120°
but the trex 500 it has an elevator towards the tail Therefore this model he's called 120° reversed.
Another example
if i select protos 380 goes out 120° reversed
and elevator protos 380 it is located on the nose then it is called 120°
Why in the software spirit the name reversed it is used in reverse ?
120° -r r signify retro and retro is tail.
I've always wanted to ask this thing

Just select the swashplate orientation of your actual position and ignore the default selection if it is not like yours. The model selection is used for some default flight parameters like flight style.

You are right, that Trex 500 has elevator servo at the rear. And for this reason it must be configured for "
CCPM 120°". Not Reversed.
So preset is correct. I dont understand what is wrong from your description.

I am reporting to you this error why i want you to repair in the next update.
The model with elevator on the back in the software spirit you have to call 120 reversed.
I report the bugs to fix.
but if there is no need I don't report anything anymore.
how does it work you report to your bosses and they fix?
I'm curious to know to know how you test your flybarless spirit.
if you need help I can help you.
for example I can do the tests on my model which has the plate with reverse pitch.
many models use the reverse plate.
so you have more information to improve.
I know that the flybarless units must always be improved with updates.
and I want to help out of passion.
I'm here if you need help testing.
For now I think you should fix the writing 120 reversed in the next update.
Only name

I dont understand why CCPM 120 reversed should be changed?
It only mean that it is reversed by 180° from CCPM 120° - from previous option.
There is no relation to elevator servo in word "Reversed". Reversed mean just Other orientation.
I am the boss and also developer. So everything I find as wrong will be fixed. But this name is not to be fixed. It is in this way for around 12 Years and will remain like this.
Bigger portion of models have CCPM 120° option. For this reason it will be configured more often. And for this reason CCPM 120° (Reversed) is as second option.

Software Spirit is OK.
Manuals Trex500 and Protos380 is OK. (photo:)
Look for an experienced rc heli modeler in your area and solve the vibrations and settings first.

ok i tried to avoid saying that till the end because it didn't seem right show it
I set up other flybarless and in other flybarless they use another system Now I don't know which one is right given the misunderstanding
