Make sure the plug to the FBL is fully in... that's what happens when the PC Software does not "see" the unit...

Alternatively the USB interface was damaged, please check that the wires are good, especially on the PCB.
Some users are pulling it by cables, which is not making them happy

Hi,
maybe the problem is again there.
From the photo I can see that there is some wire which is nearly touching other one.
Maybe it shorted there.

Are you sure that you have not enabled for example Kontronik telemetry? This would disable USB communication as described in the Telemetry window.
