muss der Autohomepoint nach Bestätigung ( Taumelscheibe Bewegung) ausgeschaltet werden oder kann der Schalter so bleiben in seiner Stellung und ich kann Losfliegen ?

It is better to switch it off.
Or even better you can use 4th mode of the Return to Home feature.
Then no programming is needed at all. Mode will return to lift off position in this case.
