Hi,
Can the second sat be connected thru y harness to the aux port along with my throttle cable? Or must it only be connected thru y harness to the rudder port with bec. The reason I would prefer the aux port is that my bec wire is heavy guage and I cant seem to find a heavy guage y harness so I would prefer to connect it alone to rud port. And use y harness an aux port.

you can use this Y-harness:

You have to connect satellite to RUD port and Throttle (ESC) to AUX port, but you can use Y-harness in both AUX and RUD ports.
Alternatively you can use full size receiver so it can be connected without any additional cable.
