Hi Guys

I got this Spirit II last year but it has never functioned right, I think? I just noticed it lately trying to do a setup on my gasser.
On my T-REX 500, I was able to cheat in the radio to get the 500 to fly, but not the greatest.

This is the problem that I have when I am in the recovery mode or setup wizard when I go to the limits page and adjust the pitch range, I can adjust all the pitch range I need and more, but once I'm unplugged for the PC and reboot the unit the pitch never goes past 5°no matter what I do, pitch curve 100%, servo endpoints 100% the only way I can get a bit of more pitch is to go past, 100% in the endpoints, I am getting up to about 7°, not enough, it was all right for the 500 but not enough for the gasser.

PS I also have a Spirit GT on my Goblin and it works perfectly happy with it, very happy!

Hello,
for help you must give a bit more detailed information -
What receiver, what transmitter, what protocoll etc.
Make some pictures from your setup in the spirit settings and/or crate a .4ds settings file of your configuration in the FBL.
Post the file here in the forum (attachment) -

Another question why have you not informed the costumer support that your FBL is not working correctly ? Why have you waited so long to do something about it?

Receiver, Futaba R2008SB, Transmitter Futaba T14SG on 2.4 S-FHSS using S-Bus

I had it on a T-Rex 500 and by cheating in the radio I got it to fly OK not great, I really noticed a problem when I wanted to set up my Gasser helicopter, that's when I saw the problem just lately, need more than five to seven degrees on the main blades to fly good, I all so have a Spirit GT on a Goblin 700 all most the same setup it is perfect!

Hello,

please share your Spirit Settings file (4ds from Backup tab)
You shared only PDF log. The problem will be related just to the settings.

Hello again, I put all the files I could find in the spirit file installed on my PC. Now how do I send them to you?
Do you have a current email address that I can use to send the file?

Thanks in advance

Hello,
save your settingsfile out of the Spirit Settings Program as you see here:

then load it up here in the forum as attachment:

I am really not good with this PC stuff, I tried to download the files and I can't do it, if someone wants to do a screen share setup, give me a time and date and I'll set everything up, maybe we can get the information you need that way, if not, I will send the unit in, to Spirit to get a look at, I will pay the shipping it is better then a non-functioning unit.

Thanks John
